Starting in the fall of 2022, three churches embarked together on a two-year financial stewardship journey utilizing a year-round stewardship program called Stewardship for All Seasons designed and administered by Gronlund Sayther Brunkow (GSB) Fundraising.
GSB provided the training and industry best practices to the cohort congregations’ stewardship committees that helped inspire their respective congregational members to respond in a much more meaningful and generous manner.
Are you feeling called to serve your congregation in a deeper way? Do you want to receive more theological and skills training to help your local congregation? Have you been encouraged by other members, your pastor/deacon, or a cluster dean to take on more leadership?
Excellence in Leadership is a ministry born out of the need for courageous and resilient people in the church, in organizations, and in the world. We are currently living in a time that asks specifically for leaders who have the capacity to think about the future in new ways and we believe that effective leadership begins with the individual and is honed in community.
Journi is a newly released virtual leadership development tool through which people gain access to contacts, ministries, programs, tools and content to aid them in taking their next most faithful step as they discern their call to leadership in the ELCA and beyond.
