The NWIM Synod is searching for a Candidacy Manager who would work 200 hours each year for the synod. We are open to hiring a pastor, deacon, or lay person living within 90 miles of the Spokane office. This staff person will work with all our candidates preparing for public ministry (pastors and deacons) in the ELCA and the many partner organizations who are also part of this work (ELCA Churchwide, seminaries, congregations). Applicants should have a mature Christian faith and familiarity with Lutheran polity and have a degree from an accredited college or university or work experience.
