Annual Reports for Rostered Leaders

This year, there are two options for submitting a Rostered Leader annual report.

You may fill out either form.

 Option 1: https://form.jotform.com/253238288460058

OR

Option 2: You may submit the ELCA form found on the ELCA website, Office of the Secretary

  • Please note: Download the form, save it to your computer, fill it out, save it again and email to: office@nwimsynod.org

  • Roster Leader reports are due March 1, 2026 

 All rostered leaders, active and retired, and those On Leave need to submit an annual report to the synod office (It is in the constitution).

These reports give your synod staff essential information about you, and your ministry, and updates to help stay connected.

 Congregation Reports:

  • The ELCA Office of the Secretary receives the annual congregation report (aka Parochial Report), which is used to update the parochial statistics of the ELCA.

  • There is only one form to complete, Form A, which asks for congregation statistics and financial data.

  • Form A has been redesigned and is more readable and easier to complete.
