St. Mark's seeks to add a Faith Formation Minister, preferably a deacon, to our multi-pastor staff in order to equip the whole congregation to share how faith shapes us, and in turn our relationships, actions, and values. Paying special attention to families with children and youth at home, this leader will foster deeper connections among families and youth and encourage intergenerational leadership and participation in worship. They will also support and provide faith formation resources to parents to strengthen family faith practices and create opportunities for meaningful spiritual growth.
